Hi, I’m Sydney Waltz — a coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist. I help teenage athletes, women who want to lose fat and gain muscle, and competitive CrossFit athletes feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health.
My journey started as a competitive gymnast, where I struggled with disordered eating and harmful body image beliefs. But everything changed when I discovered strength training and a focus on performance over appearance. It helped me heal and redefine what success looks like.
Now, I guide others through a holistic approach to fitness — combining structured training, sustainable nutrition, and a focus on long-term progress. Whether you’re training for a competition or just want to feel good in your body, I’m here to help you reach your goals in a healthy, empowering way.

Each program includes a customized workout plan, sustainable nutrition strategies, progress tracking, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent and motivated.
Do I need a gym membership to train with you?
Not necessarily. I can create home-based or gym-based plans depending on your equipment and preferences. We’ll build something that works for your lifestyle.
How do I get started?
